The quality of training that Right Track have provided to Cherub’s Day Nursery has contributed towards an apprentice being put forward for the Nursery Apprentice of the Year award!

Rebecca Allen and award nominee Natasha Cook applied for the Care apprenticeships before our Recruitment Advisor Chris Sullivan put them forward for the roles.

Both apprentices are enjoying their apprenticeship and have long term ambitions to work in the care sector after feeling that they have found their desired career.

This is a huge achievement for Natasha and she has been thankful for the help and support Right Track and her Vocational Coach Latoya have given her.

‘Right Track and Latoya have been fab!’

Their Manager, Rebecca Whyle, has been very pleased with her new recruits and has seen the positive impact they have had on the nursery.

‘Rebecca and Natasha are developing all the while and are doing really well. They are both a benefit to Cherubs and have settled brilliantly… They are now building on their skills and moving forward!’

Right Track are delighted that our partnership with Cherubs is having such a positive impact with over 40 apprentices across the Cherub’s group. Here’s to many more award winners in the future!
