Right Track recently recruited a business and administration apprentice for Neil Shacklocks Heating and Plumbing in Sutton in Ashfield and they have not looked back since.

Since Emma has been on her apprenticeship she has been a positive influence on the company by taking on several office roles including dealing with customer calls and office paperwork.

Her line manager has already seen the benefits to having an apprentice and shares that the company is looking to take on more in the future.

“It’s really ideal to have someone who we can mould into the role as opposed to hiring someone who has their own way of doing things. We did this before and it didn’t work out. Emma has been a success and we are looking to take on another apprentice for a different role!”

Emma applied for our apprenticeship online before being contacted by our Recruitment Officer Chris Sullivan, who put her forward for the role. Now she is focused on building on her early impact and growing with the company!
