Free Delivery for Essential Items
We have 2 people available Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm to pick up and deliver essential items to those who are self-isolating, disabled, elderly and lone parents.
We don’t have the facility to pay for the items, however the collection and delivery is free of charge.
Due to capacity we can only offer this in Bulwell, Bulwell Forest, Bestwood Village, Hucknall and Arnold.
To access this please call 01158 228542 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Redundancy Support Line
If you have been made redundant or at risk of redundancy, we can offer advice on what to do next, free remote training and signposting to relevant organisations.
We cannot provide financial support but advice on your next steps.
This service is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday between 9am and 3pm please call 01158 228541.

Supporting Parents of Children aged up to 11
With kids only just returning to school and further risk of closing or reducing their hours we have launched a support line for parents of children aged up to 11 years old, to give them advice and email them resources for activities that families can do together. We can also deliver programmes to support you as a parent with your children in Maths and English, including speech and reading.
Please call 01158 228543 Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
This support is open to all Nottingham City Residents only.
During this time many of our staff are working from home and you may experience some difficulty talking directly to a member of our team. We would however love to talk to you so please either leave a voice mail or contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will contact you within 24 hrs.
